The items displayed on the Virto Calendar are visible to calendar users according to SharePoint security settings. If there are specific access permissions for SharePoint list items, they will be applied in the calendar as well.

For example, users without access permissions for items in List 1 will not be able to see these items in the calendar. However, if they have permissions to manage items in List 2, they will be able to move, edit, and resize these items in the Virto Calendar. If users have read-only permissions for List 3, they will be able to view the items in the Calendar but will not have the ability to edit, resize, move, or delete them.

The Virto Calendar Web Part offers various views, including Day, Week, Month, Year, Work Week, Task (Days), Task (Hours), and Multi-Source View.

You can select a view from the dropdown menu or drill down to the next view by clicking on a month in the Year view or a day in the Month view. The drill-down feature can be enabled or disabled in the calendar settings.
