Virto Shared Calendar stores your data on Microsoft Azure, which provides industry-standard security measures including encryption of data in transit and at rest, regular security updates, and compliance with applicable Microsoft cloud security standards.

While Azure safeguards the infrastructure and data storage, Virto Shared Calendar allows you to share calendar information with external users outside your organization. Access to your calendar data is governed by the sharing permissions you configure. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to manage these permissions carefully and to ensure that only authorized individuals have access to your calendar information.

This UAB VirtoSoftware End User Software License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (either as an individual user, corporation, or single entity) and UAB VirtoSoftware for the Virto Shared Calendar App product, which includes software and may include associated media, printed materials, and “online” or electronic documentation (“SOFTWARE PRODUCT” or “SOFTWARE”).
